Carlos O’Kelly’s Mexican Cafe is a 7 state restaurant chain. It’s concept is both, a Mexican cafe and an Irish bar, the reason for the Aztec stripes and clover in the logo crest.

The Carlos O’Kelly’s golf tournament is no championship. It’s just a fun time for vendors and employees. So we made a serious “Golf Championship’ logo to be funny. Even the colors carry out the joke because they are taken from “The Masters”, arguably the most prestigious golf tournament in the world, steeped in golf tradition and lore.

This award winning sports logo design will appear in Rockport Publishers “Logo and Letterhead Design 12” an international logo design competition.

The River of Life Worship Center is a Pentecostal church and community center known for the raising of hands in the worship of GOD. (They did pray and raise hands before and after every meeting.) Pastor Greene and the committee that worked with us on the logo and identity were extremely conscientious and gracious in every way. What a fabulous group of people really working to live the Christian life.

The River of Life Church logo is an extremely unique visual where one image can be seen as two different ideas. The logo at one look is hands raised to the heavens reaching for GOD. With another look the logo is the Christian symbol for the Holy Spirit, a dove. Specifically within the Pentecostal beliefs the dove is associated with baptism, of which water is used. Moreover, the two images tell the story of conversion. The hands reaching to GOD in humility become filled with the Holy Spirit, the image of the dove. The conversion, being filled with the Holy Spirit is “The River of Life”.

The River of Life Worship Center logo is also a national award winning logo design. It will appear in Rockport Publishers national competition and hard cover book, Logo and Letterhead Design 12. The St.Thomas Aquinas Catholic School Logo Design is an angelic crest. While the Holy Spirit is descending the crest itself is ascending, rising as indicated by the shape and flow of the ribbon elements. It has a calm vertical vector which in a subtle way pauses the eye and mind on a higher level, a heavenly contemplation.

Inside of the crest the initials STA are employed to comply with the school’s common vernacular and to covert the “T” into a cross. The graduation cap serves several functions. The cap clearly illustrates education but also denotes completion of that education and includes a secular awareness and education incorporated into a catholic context.

The New Life Covenant Church’s logo is the symbol of infinity as a flame flowing through the Cross. It’s the eternal flame through Christ.

The illustration style for the New Life Covenant Church logo design is rugged and raw to indicate a sense of truth and realness. Plus, the logo illustration has references to ancient text, Holy Scripture, to validate the brand image tag line, “A people who know their GOD.” The New Life Covenant Church logo typography is also distressed and overlaid with elements from old world text.

Timberline Steakhouse and Grill, Beef Logo Design, Restaurant Logo Design

Timberline Steakhouse and Grill offers a casual eating environment where rough wood beams meet concrete floors. On every table sets a galvanized bucket filled with shelled peanuts and customers are encouraged to throw the shells on the floor. The Steakhouse logo is designed to capture that fun and slightly irreverent attitude. Illustrated woodblock type angle and tilt along a mountainous backdrop all in a tree branch wood frame. Our approach was to encapsulate the Timberline attitude and give it a focal point, a context to understand the Timberline experience.
